2021 Tokyo Olympic

As you know, the 2020 Tokyo Olympics were scheduled on 23 July 2020 ~ 9 August 2020. However, due to pandemic, it has been rescheduled. 23 July 2021 ~ 8 August 2021. Now, the Olympic is coming soon.

Sports

First, these are the sports in the Tokyo Olympic. Aquatic, Archery, Athletics, Badminton, Baseball, Basketball, Boxing, Canoeing, Climbing, Cycling, Horse riding, Fencing, Grass hockey, Soccer, Golf, Gymnastics, Handball, Judo, Karate, Kumite, Modern pentathlon, Rowing, Candle, Olympic shot, Skateboarding, Surf, Table tennis, Taekwondo, Tennis triathlon, Volleyball, Weightlifting and Wrestling.

Problem

However, the problem is pandemic. Due to COVID-19, some countries decided to not participate in the Olympics. If there aren’t many players it can be boring and also they can’t earn enough money. Countries that will participate in the Olympics are Canada, New Zealand, North Korea, Australia etc.

Mr. Fumi’s interview

I interviewed Mr. Fumi and this is Mr. Fumi’s opinion. “I am optimistic about the Olympics. There are so many problems such as COVID-19 related ones, no audience from other countries, and so on. I hope Tokyo will host the Olympics in July as planned. I really want those who organize the event for almost 5 years to accomplish this event. They spent not only money but also a lot of energy on coordinations, and we must respect them. Though it's a challenging time, people around the world are excited and celebrate the festival of sports and athletics.

I see the concerns about the viruses. I just hope it will be handled well and won't affect the Olympics games and people including athletes and staff too much.”

Good Scenario

Good scenario is just playing sports safely and no corona virus patents in that Olympic. Fun is good but safety is the first.
